Dealer Notes

Introducing the 2016 Honda Pilot!

A great vehicle and a great value! This model accommodates 8 passengers comfortably, and provides features such as: front and rear reading lights, 1-touch window functionality, and leather upholstery. Smooth gearshifts are achieved thanks to the 3.5 liter 6 cylinder engine, and all wheel drive keeps this model firmly attached to the road surface.

We know that you have high expectations, and we enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding them! Please don't hesitate to give us a call.

  • Make sure you buy an extended warranty

The 5th Honda in our family and 3rd Pilot, and unfortunately our last. Despite great styling, lots of good features (which requires the ‘Elite’ model), very comfortable ride, and surprisingly good fuel economy, that legendary Japanese reliability has clearly faded. At just over 50K miles the fuel injectors needed replacing - a $1500 repair if we hadn’t bought the $1700 extended warranty, and at just over 60K miles the A/C compressor failed (on a boiling hot day while we were out of state of course) which was a $2000 repair without the warranty.
  • Popping Noise

Honda needs to figure out there infotainment problem. Loud popping and crackle noise from the speakers sounds like the windshield is cracking. Does it with the radio and climate control off or on. Completely annoying and Honda does not have a solution. The noise is LOUD, not enjoyable to drive in. Do not recommend

Honda Pilot 2020 with Nav and RES. After one week of use, we began to experience a crackling sound from the regular radio, Spotify, and XM Radio. While using the cell phone thru Bluetooth, calls are heard as well with the hideous sound. What became more worry is that both screens: the radio and the speedometer go dark for a few seconds while driving. After it reboots, it goes back to normal. This happens 2 or 3 times in a regular drive. We took it to dealership and technician suggested to order an antenna and replace it. I will keep posting after each time I speak with the dealership.
